Among the pioneers of Japanese cuisine, the journey began back in 1996, Mikado opened their first little sushi shop in New Jersey. Our passion for modern Japanese Cuisine shows throughout all of our dishes! We love its flavor along with fusion, texture, and contrast in balance with the quality brought out by fresh ingredients. Our Sushi Chefs has modestly mastered the art by skillfully preparing and creatively presenting the quality of our ingredients. With a reputation among our community as chefs dedicated to their canvas, they have become legendary artists and educators of food.
Our Executive Chefs, and owners Joe Liu and Leo Liu, helped bring authentic Japanese and adventurous Asian fusion cuisine to Orlando Florida. On 2007.
